Scientific Rationale

After the first year of the Euclid mission it is necessary a thorough assessment of the performances and of the first results. Hence the need of gathering selected people to work side by side and discuss the many complex aspects in order to further optimise the following 5 years of the core mission, with the focus on

– Assessing of the performances and of the first results

– Getting ready for DR1 at science and organisation level

We expect to have participants by invitation only. We foresee participation of ESA scientists and members of the main probes working groups plus a mix of other important roles and expertises.
